On Sunday narcotics officer David Woodard received a call from Chief Deputy Steve Cochran that Wartburg officers Dwayne and Teddy Bales had information that there were marijuana plants growing in plain view in the garden area of 1250 Deer Lodge Hwy at the Evelyn Jones aka Evelyn Farivar residence.

Woodward met Wartburg officers there and found 87 marijuana plants in pots growing in the garden, and behind an out building. Also around all the plants were potting soil along with 300 feet of water hose used to water the marijuana plants.

Evelyn Jones, 59, aka Evelyn Farivar has arrested and charged with the manufacture, sale, possession, and/or delivery of a Schedule VI controlled substance marijuana.
